I am a Bachelor of Business Administration specialized in Sport & Entertainment Business.

BACKGROUND
I was born to a Ingrian native family in 1997 Carelia, Russia. We moved back home to Finland in 2005. Growing up I was a creative, diligent and well mannered kid. I liked to dabble with technology, computers, music and games. I studied very well throughout my school years and was very skillful with languages and group working. I always liked to come up with ideas and motivate others to be kind and work together towards a better goal as diligently as I worked myself towards that.
Ever since moving to Finland I have been very communicative and social. I have always found my way of communicating and being compassionate with any kind of characters throughout my life. I believe that when something needs to be done, a group that is open and communicative together will make it happen no matter what. Due to my background I have a fluent capability of 3 languages: Russian, Finnish and English and moderate capabilities in Dutch, Italian and Swedish. In addition to that, my creative talents, leadership capabilities, communicative skills and knowledge and understanding of multiple cultures helps me to be a great asset to any group that would have me.

STUDIES, HOBBIES & WORK EXPERIENCE
PRESENT CAREER
Since beginning my studies in Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences (JAMK), I have been gathering a well rounded and universal portfolio of knowledge and practical expertise in business and management. My study degree was International Business (Bachelor of Business Administration). During the first years I learned a lot about the fundamentals of business. Subjects like Marketing, Communication Skills, HRM, Finances and Economics, Project Management and Business Management and Leadership were my favorites. I learned to contribute to digital marketing projects and procedures as well while volunteering as a social media marketing manager for our study facility.
When it was time to choose my specialization I picked the Sports Business track. Over my exchange study period in Utrecht, Netherlands, I studied Music Marketing and Management. Whilst studying I found an internship in a local Jyväskylä based esports organization ‘‘Exen Esports Oy’’ and got an opportunity to work there for a bit over a years time. Later I was commissioned by them to write my thesis research on the local chain of opportunity in a specific field of esports. Before graduating I secured some voluntary studies in social media marketing, sustainability, beverage business, sommelier work and music production.
As I graduated, my study portfolio was completed with a specialization in Sport and Entertainment Business Management. I harnessed my competence by concentrating my studies and practical training’s in the industries of Esports, Music Business, Contract Law and Social Media Entrepreneurship.

An absolute pleasure to work, learn and evolve alongside a confident team growing an esports organization from the ground up with an open heart and an endless well of motivation.
My contributions to the organization's contract, agreement and communications management as well as help with their event coordination were seen and well received. The events I was a part of back then have since grown and promoted to be held across multiple major cities of Finland.

FORMER CAREER
Before my current career direction, I tried myself out in a technical career as an electrician. After showing effort, diligence and good problem solving skills, I was promoted to a lead electrician role. I was working at different job cites around Uusimaa, Kainuu and Pohjanmaa. Most important and memorable working place was near my hometown at Vetelin Energia OY, Keski-Pohjanmaa. I grew a lot as an employee and later as a leader leading a team of electricians on many different utility building projects and electrical maintenance tasks while working there. Different projects and many responsible roles that I took there, gave me a lot of experiences to learn about my work ethic as well as my future goals.
After 5-years of electrical building and maintenance working experience, I decided to switch careers to something else. The main idea behind that was to follow my dreams of working with my interests and use my strengths.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I have always been interested in competitive videogames and with that in esports of any kind. Especially Defence of the Ancients (Dota2), Counter-Strike (CS 1.6, CS: GO, CS2) and other team games as well as speedrun and solo competitions (like the ‘‘RTS’’ esports titles).
My dream is to contribute to the beautiful, fresh and exponentially growing industry while it is still in it’s early stages. As of now I just got a glimpse of the work that could be done and I cannot wait to do my best to bring value and longevity to this favorite sports entertainment scene of mine.
On my free time I like being active and creative. Some of the things I like to do are: Researching and attending different cultural and sporting events, exercising, playing many kinds of team sports, playing guitar, synthesizers and singing in multiple musical bands, producing music and visual media as well as creating sketches and branding content.
Overall my career interests are all closely tied to my free time activities. I am very interested in applying for all kinds of work positions, projects and tasks that are related to the things I love to do. Either it will be solely in the field of marketing, business and management or it will be in sports, music or other entertainment industries.
I am always eager to try myself out in new things and I would love to help people with my growing knowledge and expertise.
ACHIEVEMENTS
My bachelor’s thesis "From Competitor to a Professional" peaked the curiosity of CoEsports Keski-Suomen e-urheilun osaamiskeskittymä (Center of Expertise in Esports in Central Finland). They invited me for an interview and accredited me for my work with an article regarding my study and contribution towards development of esports in Central Finland.
In my research I interviewed amateur players and professional industry associates to build a concept of the current state of the chain of opportunities in Counter-Strike esports. The goal of the work was to help local organizations to support the grassroots level of the sport. Illustrating the realistic pathway of an Counter-Strike esports athlete and produce a clear and detailed projection of the journey or a Counter-Strike esports athlete.
